Based on practical experience, the following listed\u00a0fault phenomena, causes, and solutions\u00a0are\u00a0for\u00a0your\u00a0quick reference.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Problem&nbsp;1: Air Leakage at the Regulator Handle<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Possible causes and countermeasures:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00b7 The Inlet and outlet port&nbsp;are installed itn the wrong order that damage the&nbsp;the internal seal \u2192 Which is advised to be installed&nbsp;according to the arrow direction on the housing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00b7 The diaphragm beneath the handle is damaged \u2192 Replace with a diaphragm of the same specification.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00b7 The ejector pin spring inside the filter element is stuck \u2192 Clean or replace the spring.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Problem&nbsp;2:&nbsp;The&nbsp;output airflow decreases&nbsp;after a while.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Common causes:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00b7 Outlet pressure is set too low \u2192 Turn the regulator handle clockwise to increase the set pressure.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00b7 The filter element is clogged with contaminants \u2192 Remove and clean, or directly replace the filter element.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Problem&nbsp;3: The Lubricator&nbsp;bowl cannot drip oil properly<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Inspection steps:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00b7 Check&nbsp;that the oil type which is correct&nbsp;or not. Use only special lubricator oil or No.1 transparent white oil. Do not use&nbsp;ordinary engine oil.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00b7 Check the oil passage below the sight glass is blocked&nbsp;or not&nbsp;\u2192 Use a thin steel wire or compressed air to clear the blockage.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Problem&nbsp;4: Water accumulation Cannot Be Drained from the Bowl<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This is usually caused by debris which block the drain port or the automatic drainer.
